By using careerbrick.pro or the CareerBrick product, you agree to these terms.
The service
CareerBrick is an AI career platform that helps you build resumes, cover letters, and outreach messages, score and track job opportunities, and prepare for interviews, using an AI-built profile of your career history.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use CareerBrick.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CareerBrick to submit false or misleading information to employers, to violate any third party's terms of service, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
AI-generated content
CareerBrick uses AI to generate content based on your provided history. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before submitting it to an employer or third party. CareerBrick does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or the accuracy of AI-generated content, and does not submit applications on your behalf without your review and approval.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until cancelled. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period, partial usage, or dissatisfaction with results, including where you have used some or all of your plan's resume or feature limits. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or as required by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
CareerBrick is provided “as is,” without guarantee of job placement, interview outcomes, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerBrick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
